Where we plan on going

We don’t have a fixed itinerary, just an idea of where we will be going and more or less in which period or month. The great advantage of traveling in South-America is that there are no visum-obligations and we can stay up to 90 days after entry in a country, which was not the case during our Asia-travels where we had to plan well in advance, where and when to get our visum for the next country and our crossing of China had to be booked and planned months in advance. Which means we are very flexible to travel according the seasons, advice of people we meet on the road or what we feel like.

For now the plan is to pick up our camper in Cartagena, Colombia mid-april, to stay for about 6 weeks and then continue to Ecuador, then Peru and Bolivia, from where we might head into Brazil, then Paraguay and via northern Argentina to Chili, where we will head down into Patagonia and spend Christmas somewhere south, head back up north through Argentina to arrive in Uruguay in march, from where we will be heading back to Brussels.
